Configuration Locking

Controlled ADSL Reconnect
Some ADSL Providers cut the Internet connection after 24 hours and only allow a reconnect after a view minutes. In order to avoid unwanted reconnects during the day, you can configure your device to do a scheduled disconnection and reconnection during the night that also ensures that all services (e.g. VPN) come back up all right. This document explains how to configure this.
Flash Memory Full
All Comdasys units come with flash memory that stores the software as well as the persistent configuration. This document explains what to do if this memory is full, and how to make additional space available.
Convergence Tracing
This document describes how to perform tracing on the Comdasys devices. While this is already possible through the WebGUI, this document specifically considers how to do that from the CLI.
Hard Factory Reset for Convergence 650 Systems
The small Convergence 650 systems have some specific properties different form the other Convergence systems. This document explains how to perform a manual hard factory reset on those devices. This factory reset is done by deleting the Configuration partition on the device.
Default Ports (all devices)
This document contains a list of the assigned default ports on our Convergence products. It also contains the ports used by certain services if they are active. If you have changed the default ports of your device, the list below of course does not apply anymore.
Custom TLS Certificates
Our Convergence and FMC products automatically generate one master key and certificate; the copies of which are used by its different services using TLS.
This document explains in a general manner how TLS connections work, and how particular keys and certificates for individual services can be replaced with custom ones.
