Comdasys Convergence Systems allow Service Providers to expand their SIP Trunking Offerings for Business Customers

Comdasys AG, a leader in standard based reliable and secure office and remote locations connectivity as well as in Fix to Mobile Convergence solutions, today announced that Service Providers can now use the Comdasys Convergence Systems to easily deliver SIP Trunks to their customers. By deploying Comdasys Convergence systems at their customer premises, Service Providers are able to securely connect existing telecommunications equipment (both TDM and VoIP based) to their SIP trunking offerings. The Comdasys Convergence Systems in those scenarios offers Session Border Controller Scenarios, Voice Gateway functions, Call Admission Control for ensuring quality of service as well as security by providing encryption for both signaling and payload traffic. As such, the Comdasys Convergence Systems are an effective all-in-one solution that enables Service Providers to deliver new services to even the most demanding customers and thus achieve the secure convergence of data and communications traffic across a single IP network.
